When I first decided to buy a home I knew little or nothing about the real estate business and was apprehensive about dealing with someone trying to sell me a property, images of a pushy used car salesman were going through my mind. I was pleasantly surprised when I met Enrique and had an enjoyable conversation about what I was looking for in a property with my interests being of primary importance to him instead of what he would like to sell me. From that point on it was as if Enrique were my guide through some foreign country explaining the ins and outs of looking at properties and what the "rules to the game" were. After seeing several properties I was more comfortable in what I was looking at and better able to define what I was looking for based on what was out there. When we found the place I finally bought, I felt like Enrique had provided me all the information I needed to make an intelligent choice, and I am happy to say I have not regreted it.
